Aerial view of OTHERSIDE at dusk: the Mediterranean, the coastal road, and the lit neighborhood with its lagoons

Phase 01 — Curiosity

Look
the other way.

Not beachfront. Still waterfront.

A new neighborhood across the North Coast road, with enough of its own summer that the sea is no longer the only reason to come.

01 — The Project

A destination
within the
destination.

The road separates us from the Mediterranean. We didn't hide it. We built the other side: lagoons you can swim in, streets you can walk, a hotel that keeps the place awake.

Residences, landscape, pools, restaurants, cafés, retail, community spaces and nights that run late — organised as a neighborhood, not a compound.

You don't leave
Otherside to
have a summer.

03 — The Water

Our side
of blue.

Water isn't compensation here — it's the street you live on. Villas step into the lagoons, bridges cross them, restaurants sit over them, and by midnight the whole neighborhood is reflected in them.

Summer has another side.

The road divides. We don't mind.

Wrong side? Exactly.

Not facing the sea. Facing summer.

See you on the Otherside.
